About us

3DShastra.studio is a 3D printing studio based in Kolkata, India, run by Sayan Roy at K-7/8, ED Block, Sector-2, Saltlake, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We make store models, customized items, lithophanes and custom projects to order. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean 3DShastra.studio, and “you” means the person using the site or placing the order.

Your account

You need an account to add items to your cart and place orders. We verify your email address with a one-time code when you sign up. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Orders & prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are calculated by our system from the design you choose. The price shown at checkout is the amount you pay; delivery within India is included.

An order is confirmed only once your payment has been confirmed by our payment provider. If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical error, we'll contact you before making your item, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password. Razorpay's own terms also apply to your payment.

Custom designs & your content

Many items are made to your chosen size, text, design or photograph. Please check these details carefully before ordering, because each item is printed specifically for you.

By uploading or entering text, photographs or designs, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they are not unlawful, offensive, or infringing anyone else's rights. We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order we're not able to make for these reasons.

About 3D-printed items

3D-printed items are made layer by layer, so small layer lines, slight colour differences and minor size variations are a normal part of the process. On-screen previews show the design but may differ slightly from the finished print. Items are decorative or functional objects and are not intended for food contact, medical, safety-critical or load-bearing use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery, cancellations & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damaged items and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The site's text, images, store models and designs belong to 3DShastra.studio or the artists we work with. Buying a printed item doesn't give you the right to copy, resell or redistribute the underlying digital design.

Liability

We'll make your order with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
