Shipping Policy
Every item is printed to order and delivered across India. Here's what happens after you pay.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across India. We don't currently ship outside India.
Delivery charges
For orders placed on this website, delivery is included in the price shown at checkout. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For custom projects quoted over email or WhatsApp, we'll confirm any delivery charge with you before you pay.
Production time
We start making your item once your payment is confirmed. Production time depends on the size and complexity of the print and how many orders are in the queue. If we expect a delay, we'll let you know.
Delivery time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Orders to remote areas may take longer.
Following your order
Sign in and open Orders to see your order's progress: Received, Preparing, Printing, Ready to ship, Shipped and Delivered. We also email you when your order is shipped or delivered.
Address & delivery problems
Please check your name, mobile number, address and PIN code carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before your order is shipped. If an order can't be delivered because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we'll contact you to arrange the next step.
Damaged, missing or delayed orders
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived when expected, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. See our Refund Policy for how we resolve it.
